It said around 5,000 workers were involved in the dispute, although it quoted Stella as claiming only a few hundred were involved.
The news agency said the dispute centred on an unpaid housing allowance that workers claim they are entitled to. It reported Stella as saying discussions over the payments were ongoing and that most employees had returned to work by March 11.
