Ortholite hire to advise on Asian manufacturing locations

Mr Cowger was most recently a special counsel for a large US law firm. While managing the firm’s Ho Chi Minh City office, Mr Cowger advised on various corporate, commercial and banking agreements with a primary focus on cross-border deals in Southeast Asia for international companies.
US-headquartered Ortholite supplies open-cell foam to brands including Clarks, New Balance, Merrell, Nike, Vans and Timberland.
The company opened a factory in Vietnam in February.
