K Swiss, which also owns Palladium brand, will be led by CEO Larry Remington, formerly the CEO of Palladium, with Truman Kim as chairman.
Mr Remington succeeds Steven Nichols, who has been the chief executive of K Swiss CEO since 1987, and David Nichols, president since 2012.
“We believe that with its authentic heritage and global brand equity, K-Swiss can once again be one of the world’s leading athletic brands,” said Mr Remington “Palladium has great momentum and we want to fuel this growth.”
Mr Remington previously worked at Foot Locker and Skechers, and helped triple Palladium's revenue since its relaunch in 2009. Additional executive appointments and hires will be announced in the coming weeks.
E.Land has 200 brands and 10,000 retail stores, and will “expand opportunities for the growing Palladium”. “This merger has created a wealth of opportunity for our organisation,” added Mr Remington.
