Footcare and outdoor accessories brand Implus Footcare has acquired French provider of deodorising products for athletic footwear Eurosphere Anticipation.
On announcing the deal, Implus chief executive, Seth Richards, said: "We believe this acquisition strategically positions us for a solid entry into the European outdoor and sporting goods markets. We are very excited about this acquisition and look forward to growing the Implus business model internationally.”
The company's offering includes winter traction footwear brand Yaktrax, SneakerBalls, a line of sports air fresheners, hand, body and toe-warmer brand Little Hotties and Highgear performance watches, navigational tools and accessories.
