Crocs and Skechers settle dispute

Crocs and Skechers have agreed to settle all outstanding litigation, including a US District Court action in Colorado.

The original lawsuits alleged that Skechers infringed Crocs’ patents and its trade dress. Skechers denied all of the allegations and filed counterclaims against Crocs.
