Kimora Lee Simmons' KLSI and Phat Fashions, a Kellwood Company, have signed a new licensing agreement with fashion footwear and accessories designer Steven Madden, Ltd. to design, manufacture, market and distribute footwear and accessories for the Fabulosity brand.
