Brazilian adhesives manufacturer The Artecola Group has acquired three Latin American companies in its second expansion phase in less than seven months. The three companies are Chile-based Artiquim S.A., Peruvian Pegamentos Sintéticos S.A., and Argentinean Asequim S.A.
