Following the sale of Fila to Global Leading Brands House and the appointment of a new management team, Fila now aims to strengthen its competence in the running footwear category.

Mikal Peveto, who has been leading Fila’s global footwear research and development initiatives, will move into a consulting role to contribute to the company’s efforts in footwear product and materials research as well as in design and advanced technologies in running and tennis footwear.
