US-based designer of action sports-inspired footwear and products Heelys, Inc. has appointed three new vice presidents in response to the continued growth of the company and the popularity of its wheeled footwear. Will Albers has been named vice president of Sourcing/Asia Operations, Bob Byrne has been appointed vice president of Design and Development and Jim Peliotes has been named vice president of Marketing.
