The factory closure will affect over 170 employees, although the company has offered to assist workers in finding alternative employment.

Addison, which manufactures footwear for the military, as well as for the construction, restaurant and medical sectors, will continue to satisfy existing contracts until March and hopes to attract potential buyers in the near future.
