KF Manufacturing acquires BUSM Group

The acquisition unites under common ownership property of the USM and Samco brands, including more than 250,000 drawings, several patents and worldwide trademarks.

Additionally, USM will acquire USM Taiwan, Ltd., which operates a manufacturing plant in Taichung, and a service facility in Dongguan, China, which will provide the company with a foothold in the Asian footwear marketplace.
