Strong third quarter results for DSW

For the nine months to the end of October, net income reached $48.9 million on net sales of $950 million, compared with net income of $27.1 million on net sales of $860.3 million for the same period in 2005. Comparable store sales for the nine-month period were up 3% on the previous year.
