FGL Announces Second Quarter Results

Canada's largest retailer of sporting goods The Forzani Group Ltd. has reported improved financial results for the 13 weeks ended July 30.

Net earnings for the period were $1.9 million compared with a loss in the prior year's second quarter of $2.3 million.
