Record Q2 results at Skechers USA

American footwear designer and developer Skechers USA, Inc. has reported higher sales for the second quarter ended June 30.

Net sales for the quarter rose 10.7% to $292.2 million compared with $263.9 million in the second quarter of 2005. Net earnings were $17.6 million versus net earnings of $15.9 million in the prior year period.
