Manager of the Satra Innovation Park, Cathy Armstrong, has joined the board of UK-based research and technology centre Satra as a non-executive director. The innovation park supports 20 small businesses.

Ms Armstrong first forged links with the technology centre in December 2002 when a concept to create office and laboratory space for start-up and early-growth organisations at its Rockingham Road site was agreed between Satra and the Business Exchange Kettering, of which she is centre manager.
