Nine West harassment suit settled

Jones Apparel Group Inc. and its Nine West Footwear Corp. unit have agreed to pay $600,000 to settle a lawsuit over alleged harassment by managers at Nine West's White Plains, New York., headquarters, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) reported.
