Shoe Carnival to become Shoe Station Group

US-based footwear and accessories retailer Shoe Carnival has announced that shareholders have approved a change of the company’s corporate name to Shoe Station Group, effective June 12, 2026.

The company’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol SHOE from June 12. Shares will continue trading under the SCVL symbol until the close of trading on June 11.
