Nike has announced it will no longer accept online orders from customers in Turkey through its website and app, citing recent changes in Turkish customs regulations.

These new rules, set to take effect on August 21, 2024, significantly increase duties on imported goods. The duties on shipments valued over €30 have been raised to 30 percent for items from European Union countries and 60 percent for items from other countries, making online sales more challenging.
