Pakistan’s leather industry registered a fall in export revenues from footwear and all other sectors during the first two months of the current financial year (July and August 2023).

Exports of footwear, finished leather, garments and leathergoods brought in $142.9 million over the two months, a decline of 14.5% compared to the same months last year.
