Sports group Decathlon’s new chief executive, Barbara Martin Coppola, took up her new role in mid-March. Decathlon announced her appointment earlier in the year.

Ms Martin Coppola has joined the group from Ikea, where she held the role of chief digital officer. Earlier in her career, she worked at Texas Instruments and Google.
