Danish sports brand Hummel has acquired the Performance Group Scandinavia, parent company of the Halo and Newline brands. This moves comes on the back of Hummel establishing new subsidiaries in China, India and the US in 2019 and is part of a growth drive that, the company hopes, will lead to revenues of 2 billion krone ($300 million) by 2023....
