Anta shareholders approve Amer acquisition

Chinese sports group Anta held an extraordinary general meeting on February 22, during which its shareholders voted to approve the group’s involvement in the acquisition of Amer Sports. More than 99% of the total votes cast were in favour of the acquisition.  Anta is leading a consortium that has launched a takeover bid for the Finnish group....
