Allen Edmonds helps Caleres finish strongly

Footwear group Caleres, formerly Brown Shoe, has reported sales of $639.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2016, a 5.1% increase on the same period of the previous year. Revenue from the US discount retail chain that Caleres operates, Famous Footwear, increased 1.9% to $367.5 million. Sales for its brand portfolio jumped 9.6% to $272 million....
