Aquazzura suing Steve Madden for design infringement

Italian luxury shoe brand Aquazzura has accused US footwear company Steve Madden of copying its designs, the second such case it has brought before a court in recent weeks. It has requested a court order blocking the sale and manufacture of styles it deems as infringing on the Aquazzura brand and calls for any unsold goods to be destroyed....
