US: 'Encouraging' messages for footwear in Obama’s national address

US footwear associations have reacted to President Obama’s State Of The Union address, delivered on January 20, with the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America (FDRA) describing his stance on trade as ‘encouraging’.
