Nike founder inducted into Hall of Fame

Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman has been inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame at the US Patent and Trademark Office in Virginia.

Mr Bowerman joined forces with former runner Phil Knight in 1964 to found Blue Ribbon Sports, Nike's predecessor.
