Dow Polyurethanes has launched Vorasil Silane Modified Polymers (SMP), calling the development “a cost-effective breakthrough in adhesive and sealant solutions”. They constitute a hybrid, comprised of a polyurethane backbone and silane end groups, allowing for what has described as “a balance of low viscosity and fast ambient cure time”.
