SACTWU welcomes raw material sourcing legislation

The Southern African Clothing and Textile
Workers’ Union (SACTWU) has welcomed new government legislation forcing public
buyers to source raw materials for the manufacture of footwear, leathergoods,
textiles and clothing domestically.
