Reports from Brazil say that almost 2.5 million pairs of shoes from manufacturers there were being held at the Argentinean border at the end of March, waiting for customs clearance. Of these, the Brazilian sources claim, 730,000 pairs have been waiting to enter the Argentinean market since last year, missing out on important sales opportunities...
