Xsovt Brands names Stephen Brown as CFO

US-based Xsovt Brands, a new lifestyle brand and footwear company, has announced that it has hired Stephen Brown as executive vice president, CFO, treasurer and secretary.
The company was created on 26 January, 2011 when the company acquired Oceanside, New York-based Xsovt.
