South African footwear sector to benefit

The Federation of Unions of South Africa (FEDUSA) has welcomed the new industrial plan of action (IPAP) introduced by trade and industry minister Rob Davies on February 18. The plan for 2012-13 is expected to create almost 2.5 million jobs over the ten years by boosting and protecting local factories.
