New CTC laboratory opens in Dongguan

France’s main agency for the economic development of the leather and footwear industry, CTC has opened a new physical and chemical testing laboratory in Dongguan, China. The agency has two other specialised laboratories in the region: one in Hong Kong and one in Shanghai.
