The organisers of an annual fundraising gala at the Institute of Contemporary Art in London on March 26 invited Dutch footwear designer Jan Jansen to attend as a special guest.Mr Jansen said he was happy to help with the fundraising effort and offered to auction off on the evening a pair of his shoes and a visit to his studio in the Netherlands....
