Ron Middelhof dies at 44

A well known figure in the European footwear industry, Ron Middelhof, died in December at the age of 44. He discovered that he had a brain tumor at the end of 2005.
Mr Middelhof began his career in the footwear industry in 1993 when he became a sales representative for specialist Dutch steel footwear component manufacturer ISCO Technic. He was widely regarded as the face of ISCO for many years and became the company’s sales director in 2002.
