New version of Lectra software

Footwear technology provider Lectra has launched its newest version of its Diamino application, which it says will allow manufacturers to make “significant fabric savings” and higher productivity.
The company explained that the strength of Diamino lies in the combination of its ever-more powerful automatic marker-making algorithms and its increasingly accurate management of constraints specific to each of the markets it's aimed at, taking into consideration the type of material to be cut.
Daniel Harari, Lectra’s chief executive, said: “The ability to combine these modes of marker-making, applied to specific business constraints, is a considerable competitive advantage for our customers.”
