New U*neaks customised children’s shoes
New Jersey-based shoe firm Ingenuity Express Corp has introduced U*neaks, a brand of customisable footwear for children from pre-school age through to US elementary age.
The range comprises sneaker style shoes with side clear panel windows and specially designed socks that allow kids to customise their shoes by simply changing their socks. The shoes include Velcro versions for preschoolers as well as cross training, fusion and lace-up skater styles for older children. Each shoe is made from full grain leather, breathable mesh, and comfort cushioning. Nine styles (in US sizes 8 to 3) have been launched along with approximately 29 styles of socks.
"Our product range is designed to meet the varied fashion desires of the younger set," says CEO, Jeff Gabriele. "U*neaks allow a child to express themselves and their style through the footwear combinations they choose.”
