Speakers for footwear health and safety conference announced

Representatives from the leather and footwear industries are invited to attend the 2008 Footwear and Leather Health and Safety Conference on November 6.
The conference, which will be held at SATRA Technology Centre in Kettering, UK, will include talks from chairman, Alan Edmond, who will open and close the event.
Other speakers will include Gary Dickson (SLG Technology Ltd), who will speak on ‘Corporate Manslaughter’, Davy Snowdon (Pristine Condition Ltd), who will speak on ‘Manual Handling – the Radical Approach’, Robert Sneddon (Community Trade Union) who will speak on Risk Assessments, John Hubbard (SATRA), who will discuss REACH and Dr Bob Rajan (HSE) whose talk is entitled ‘Prevent Work Related Dermatitis – It’s in Your Hands’.
