Athletic footwear retailer Foot Locker has confirmed that it will part company with the chief executive of its US division, Richard Mina. The company said it was terminating his employment as of October 31, but gave no reason and named no successor.

Foot Locker told The Wall Street Journal that its relationships with key apparel and footwear brands were strong.
