The new StretchWalker shoe, dubbed ‘probably the most comfortable walking shoe on the planet’ has been launched.

It features Xsensible stretch leather technology and is based on the Japanese Ippon-Ba-Geta sandal, which promotes automatic roll-off of the foot, reducing pressure on the joints and spine. The rocker bottom sole comprises two soft EVA parts and a reinforcement part. This can make walking easier and improve posture.

Netherlands-based brand Xsensible has been working with its Japanese partners for two years to develop the shoe.
