Collective Licensing and INA signs skate shoe deal

Collective Licensing International, LLC, has signed a license agreement with sporting goods wholesaler Intersport North America Ltd. (INA), a subsidiary of The Forzani Group Ltd. This deal allows INA to market and sell Airwalk branded footwear in the US and Vision Street Wear branded footwear throughout the Americas.

The two companies are working towards opening a joint design studio and showroom in southern California to support expansion.
The Vision Street Wear license will take immediate effect, while the Airwalk license begins January 1, 2009.

The Airwalk brand combines board sport culture with fashion, while the Vision Street Wear brand is influenced by skating culture and music.
