These include reimbursing all current migrant workers for fees associated with employment including recruiting fees paid to agents and worker permit fees. It states that, going forward, all fees associated with employment must be paid by the factory as a cost of doing business and that any worker who wishes to return home must be provided with return airfare, irrespective of their contract requirements.
