ANCI releases Micam details

The organisers of the Micam footwear event, Italy’s national footwear manufacturers' association (ANCI), have announced September 17–20 as the dates for the next edition of the event, where footwear brands will display their 2009 spring-summer collections.
Vito Artioli, chairman of ANCI, commented: “The dates chosen for the event are greatly strategic as we will be the last international trade fair scheduled for 2008 for this sector, so we will basically give all Micam exhibitors the chance to complete their order books in Milan.”
He said there was a substantial increase of exhibition space and number of exhibitors compared to previous events, with 74,115 square-metres of exhibition surface, and 1,672 exhibitors of which 1,098 are Italian and 574 from overseas.
