Nordstrom recalls leather sandals
25/06/2008
Major retailer Nordstrom has recalled all pairs of two models of leather sandals for girls, sold in stores across the US between March and May for around $30 a pair.
The Chinese-made sandals have leather uppers and a leather flower as a decoration. The retailer has received complaints that the leather flower is easy to detach and, therefore, could represent a choking hazard to small children.
Nordstrom has said parents should take sandals of the models Cadence-Lea and Trio-Lea away from children immediately and return the footwear to any store for a full refund.
