China needs 300,000 footwear designers, report claims

A new report on the Chinese footwear market says the industry there will need 300,000 footwear designers over the next ten years.
The report, from Delhi-based industry research firm RNCOS, also predicts that annual growth rate for the footwear industry in China between now and 2013 is likely to be between 5% and 6% in value and volume.
The title of the new report is ‘China Footwear Market Analysis’.
