More 'copycats' pay the price

Gucci has won a court case against a Chinese footwear manufacturer that it said had counterfeited its exclusive GG logo in its footwear.
Senda Group, based in Jiangsu province in eastern China, was ordered to pay Gucci $25,700 dollars in damages, the Oriental Morning Post reported, citing a ruling by the Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s court.
Another defendant, Shanghai No.1 Yaohan Department Store, was told to take the shoes off its shelves immediately.
