St Martin´s signs up for Brazil trip

A delegation from London´s most famous design college, St Martin´s, now part of the University of the Arts, will travel to Brazil in June to offer a series of seminars on footwear design.
The initiative is the idea of Novo Hamburgo-based Fenac, the organiser of the Fimec exhibition in the city. Executive director, Luiz Amaro, told footwearbiz.com that his team had worked closely with the UK consulate in Porto Alegre to set the seminars up. He said they would be open to everyone, from students to established Brazilian footwear designers.
