ACC prepares for global polyurethane event

The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) of the American Chemistry Council has announced that 95 technical papers have been submitted for the  Polyurethanes 2008 technical conference, which will take place in San Antonio, Texas from September 29 until October 1. Papers address a wide range of market-relevant topics including footwear.
 
Applications are being accepted for CPI’s 2008 Polyurethane Innovation Awards. These awards recognise the efforts and foresight of companies and individuals whose visions have brought new products to the marketplace; the three categories include Polyurethane Chemicals, Processing Equipment and Finished Products. Deadline for submissions is July 16, 2008.
