K-9 Concepts completes Aussie Soles acquisition

K-9 Concepts, Inc. has completed its acquisition of 100% of the outstanding membership interests of Australian casual footwear company Aussie Soles International LLC, and named the founder of the closed cell foam shoe company, Craig Taplin, as chief executive of K-9, which will change its name to Aussie Soles Group Inc.

The new company, which has no revenues and nominal assets, intends to hire a management team and formally commence operations in North America in the near future.

In light of the enduring popularity of closed cell foam casual footwear, the combined enterprise intends to build the company “into a globally known brand of footwear and accessories for the fashion, surf, travel, and medical industries”.
