New manager at Reebok

13/02/2008
Following on from Nike’s announcement of a new vice president of Footwear Design (see www.footwearbiz.com February 12, 2008), Reebok is the latest big name brand to make a new appointment. The subsidiary of adidas has named Len Rhodes as general manager of its Reebok-CCM Hockey business (formerly The Hockey Company).

Mr Rhodes was most recently general manager, Reebok Canada, prior to which he held a number of marketing and product development roles at The Hockey Company where he played a significant role in the launch of the Rbk Hockey brand in 2005.

"Len's track record and proven leadership in the hockey industry, along with his experience in leading Reebok Canada, make him an ideal choice to lead Reebok-CCM Hockey," said Matt O'Toole, president of Reebok North America. "For nearly a decade, he has worked tirelessly and passionately for The Hockey Company and Reebok, and this appointment is well deserved."
