The organisers’ decision to expand the latest edition of Bread & Butter Barcelona show, which took place on January 16-19, appears to have been a good one if the attendance figures are anything to go by.

The event, which ran under the theme of ‘Kingsize’ illustrating its larger exhibition space, attracted more than 945 exhibitors and some 99,500 visitors, 20% more than at the January show last year and even 9% higher than the July fair.
